This is a daylong one-on-one guided retreat at our offices aimed at helping you discover meaningful work that is uniquely aligned with your gifts and limitations. You will be guided through a set of assignments to discover meaning, calling, and clarity in your vocational pursuits. Currently these retreats are available to be booked on Friday’s through June 30th, 2022.
Retreat Schedule
7-8am – Direct work with Guide. Orientation, Pre-retreat work review, Goal Setting, “AGSD” prep work.
8-12pm – Self-directed work. Ownership Letter. Begin AGSD.
12-1:30pm – Direct work with Guide. Working lunch.
1:30-4:00pm – Self-directed work. AGSD, SWOT+
4:00-5:30pm – Direct work with Guide. Closure & Next Steps.
You will come away from this retreat with a working personal mission statement and clearly defined next steps about how to implement your gifts and abilities in the marketplace.
